Practicing Activism. Vitosha, Bulgaria.

CKM was invited to talk at the Intermediate National Contacts Meeting in Vitosha, Bulgaria. His attendance and involvement was sponsored by the British Council.

The event was held on Vitosha to the south of Sofia. The mountain is one of Europe’s oldest designated Nature parks but is now littered with some 60+ disused and abandoned structures in various states of disrepair. The organisers used this context to create discussion around continuity and the role of architects.
